Hi everyone,

Just some info regardng the above.
Yesterday I spent 3.5-4 hours making 40 tenons ( in pairs) to hold the front rail to the front legs of my chairs. Routing the mortises would have taken as long as the tenons.

This morning, I used the Domino to make the mortises for each set and put them together to form the front frame. This whole process, allowing for deciding the best way to go about it (10*35mm tenons) took 1-1.5 hrs. If I had used the Domino right through, I would have had the frames sanded, assembled, glued and ready for the the next step.

I have a question also, how can I mount Domino mortises in mitred timber that is 19mm deep and on a 9 degree angle? I wish to keep the 10*50 domino for structural value if possible.

Regards and Thanx in advance,

Rob
