Hi all,
I received one of my 8mm shank/10mm cutter router bits yesterday and used it extensively this morning. This bit is listed as an accessory for the something600 jointing system.
Its great. Quiet, little chatter, little ride up when routing with the cutter, plunges beautifully (a knife through hot butter), clears stock with ease. It's a little shorter than the Leighs I have been using, but fits OK in the OF2000E.
Now I know the difference an 8ml shank can really make!
Good Grief! A Domino, 2x2000OF's, Rotex 150 and now cutters. I've been infestoed!
Oh, PatR, my new neighbour is an Irishman. I'm a Scot. All I need is an Englishman and a pub and we're all set.
