Hi,

I wanted to distance this from the $$$ issue.

I am, as most know, making dining chairs and had some issues. When putting these chairs together, I said a week. If I had used the Domino throughout, as I originally wanted to, I think I would have been right.
Cutting mortises into the back legs is fiddly and time consuming and its sometimes hard to get the tenons to match perfectly.
So, I will use the domino to cut the mortises, using the depth guage, to garuantee that the tenons all match up in both legs. This I will do by marking the top and bottom of the mortise on the leg and use the appropriate mortise width to cut successive holes until I have the whole mortise cut. Since my tenons already have rounded edges all should go well.. I guess you guys have already done this, but I'm fairly excited.:)

Regards,

Rob
