Thought I'd start the ball rolling on mentioning some of the good ideas seen on the videos we are all busily watching.
Zen's Cutting to length video - I like the curved mitre guage fence. It allows a high zero clearance at the blade and it is low where you need your hand to go over to hold the stock - nice one!
I'm sure there will be more, but thought I'd start it off.
