As per attached image. I have tried Hettich and they say they don't have anything.
Any clues anybody?

There was a progect in Australian Woodsmith. The sources are listed but I don't have access to the mag till tonight.

Lee Valley & Rockler both sell them - probably influenced by all the TV dinners & pizza.
