Hi All
Thought I would throw a link to the Festtol section of woodshopdemos. If you have been around here for a while I am sure you would have already seen this site as there have been links to other sections of the site http://woodshopdemos.com/men-fes.htm (http://woodshopdemos.com/men-fes.htm)
most of it is pretty standard especially if you have been around the traps for long enough but I`m still fairly new to Festool and especially liked a couple of the fixes he has come up with..
such as stopping the angle guide from slipping http://woodshopdemos.com/fes-au-1.htm (http://woodshopdemos.com/fes-au-1.htm)
and the MDF straight edge/clamp http://www.woodshopdemos.com/fes-31.htm
As I said nothing spectacular but worth a trawl through his projects to see how someone else has done things and to avoid making somebody else's mistakes.. I find I'm capable enough of making my own why bother duplicating anothers..:p
another site I have happened across is http://www.festoolusa.com/woodworking.aspx (http://www.festoolusa.com/woodworking.aspx) that also has some helpful stuff on it.. infact that's where i found woodshopdemo.
hope this will be of some interest to someone
Andrew
