This is the mystery item that I want un-mysteryfieing.
I think it is a dentist tooth puller outerer.
It has a cam thingie on the bottom that grips with great force, I tryed it on my little pinkie. :o
It also has a great grip handle that is made from Ivory, the handle is detatchable presumably for cleaning.

Breathing through the nose can be quite difficult afterwards, as you imagine. The US Army have re-instigated its use in Iraq, hence the confusion as an instrument of torture. The US would never stoop to such tactics.:rolleyes:
