Bandsaw Riser

I have just been fitting a new bandsaw riser (152mil) to my Bormac 14in bandsaw. Unfortunately the alignment pins on the saw do not match the holes on the riser. Does anyone know of a simple way to align the wheels please. I have put a straight edge across them and they appear ok but perhaps someone has had the same problem and overcome it.
