Hi P.T.C.

Love them both.

The burl box reminds me of a hand, palm down and the drawer is the secret area under the palm of your hand.

Beautiful!!

Cheers

Re No. 20. Looks good.

Have you considered using a 10 or 14 tpi 3/8" blade, it may well reduce the amount of sanding required?

Tony
re blades. have got them but the 4 tpi is realy free flowing when cutting
and quite a smooth cut
depends on the wood.

I find the 10 or 14 tpi produces a smooth surface cut and therefore requires minimal fine sanding and or a few strokes of low level planning!

At the end of the day the least amount of sanding done, the better my respiratory system, and arthur ritis doesn't leave his troublesome calling card!

These are great looking boxes. I need to find some time to try one of these bandsawn boxes. The state fair is only two weeks away and I've got to complete the box for it. I wish someone would enter a bandsawn box.

keep up the good work!

Bill

What is your next post going to be, it's No. 1,000 - congratulations. A box of a new design perhaps?
