Blackwood Pen Blanks

G'day Folks

I have 6 packs of 5 pen blanks, which are 20 x 20 x 135mm.

The timber is dry and comes from my local area. Scored this stuff from a local farmer who cleared it from his property many many years ago.

Will swap each pack for 5 blanks or one piece that will make up 5 blanks of whatever timber you have

1) classic mahogany
2) waive mahogany ( not that dark with out metho dunk )
3 -4) mango
5) iron bark
all aprox 20x20x140mm

Used a couple yesterday and they turned a treat, DJ. Are they a bit green?

Most BW I've turned in the past has been a bit "iffy" off the tool but these came out really nice...

Good to hear they turned up a treat.

They should be dry, I resawed them out of a bigger block that was cut at least 5 or 10 yrs ago, can't be sure on this as I got them off a local farmer who had them in his shed and he said that anything in the shed was cut at least five yrs ago.
