Beats the hell out of getting bored

Been having a bit of rain over the past two weeks. It is very necessary and we need it, but it can be a tad boring. The cricket is a bit of a saviour. Anyway I did venture to the shed and found a small piece of northern scentless rosewood. Thats a hell of a name. Into the lathe and a few hearty 'Hi ho silvers' and this fell out the other end. :o It is 125mm diameter and 50mm deep. The knob is ebony. The lid is out of the same piece. The truth of the matter is that I made one similar out of pink silky oak, and sold it. Boy did swmbo give me the rounds of the table. Now guess who is in sweet???? :U
