G'day mates

I have very accurate plastic triangles and I don't like to use them on gayly bases so, I "Copy" them.

Another idea for usage is (I did not make it yet), to copy it to 12mm or 18mm plywood, make 2 slots for clamps and clamp them to the carcass corners to keep the carcass square at the time of gluing-up.

Regards
niki

If your table saw is accurate, you should be able to make these in any size without needing a template or a router.

Hi SilentC

You are correct but it took me long time to adjust my sliding table fence to cut accurate 90° and I don't dare to move it from that position.

I cannot use one of those "Incra" on my TS (EB PK255) so that's my alternative.

niki,

I would use my mitre gauge to first cut a square and then set it to 45 degrees to cut the triangle. You could also cut other triangles, like 90-60-30 or some other combination that you might use regularly. Just wanted to point that out as well but your idea is a good way of making sure you have an accurate set square :)

(and they were all true)
