A Roll Top bandsawn box, the insert is Birch.
Australian Red Cedar, 14.5 cm long.

Like the effect and design Tony. It is certainly a variation to you usual art sculpted style. If my recollection is correct, I have not been aware of you using two different timbers in one piece before.

Very nice Tony. I had the idea of a roll top box but a different design. Will probably still make one this Winter.
