swb 5300 bandsaw

Well I 've purchased the new bandsaw from MIk International in Adelaide and set it up today. What a fantastic piece of machinery!
Very good build quality, good accuracy, and reasonably quiet.
Very happy with purchase. I should also mention that the good folks at Mik were terrific to deal with, they offer customer service at a level "others" couldn't comprehend.

SBW4300 from Carbatec at the Melbourne show .... $1345.00. I didn't write down the 5300. Hare and Forbes have the BP-430 (W433) for $1295.00.

Michael at MIK sold me the swb 5300 including freight & threw in bandsaw book (bloody good one at that!) for the mere price of $1920. (don't tell Da Mrs!)

VERY HAPPY with unit!
So glad I upgraded to larger model.
