Hi,
I have the above software on my computer that I use for copying my documents/files/folders onto blank DVD's. However, tonight I have the problem that I cannot get it to fire up:((.
As you will see from the pictures (I have attached) that when I right click my mouse the "e" drive don't come up in the box:? , does anyone know the reason why it isn't?
I have the software on my "c" drive but when I click on the wording it doesn't fire up?
When I used to place the DVD into the Lightscribe DVD SuperMulti Drive / CD-Writer the program would automatically open up and I could get on loading up the items I wanted to copy to the disc.
It is 5 months now (and many extra folders of info) since I did the last copy. So I am keen to get this sorted out asap so I can have less worry knowing I have a copy elsewhere should something untoward happen's to the hard-drive.
