One of my hobbies, besides woodworking, is being a bird voyeur. I sneak up on them and snap their photograph. Much like the papparazzi following Hollywood movie stars. It doesn't matter if I catch them taking a bath, eating, or just minding their business. Maybe I need a better hobby.

Whaddyamean you have time for other hobbies besides woodworking!!! :D

So, are you going to turn your photos of these beautiful winged creatures into woodwork art in some way??? (in other words, I'd love to see more photos please :B )

cheers
Wendy

c'mon Wendy, some of us blokes CAN do 2 things at a time ... even though our reputations often suggest that one of those 2 things is only breathing,

You folks are lucky to have such beautiful birds to observe!

Here all we get are pigeons and crows :-. At least the crows are interesting and smart.

We get lots of the Red Rumps around here, they come and pinch the small gravel on the drive way for their crop. :o

Glad to find out there are some more shutterbugs out there. Some of us have low thresholds of bordom and take on hobbies other than woodworking. I would show some of my photos but have yet to figure out how to attach images that aren't in a URL.

Now are there any cooks out there? I've got some great cajun recipes!

How rare is that PTC!! Plover chicks.

Been swooped many a time by plovers, but never once did I manage to see their nest or chicks. Thanks

Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/)
Once you up load your pictures, they give you 3 choice's
An URL link
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v725/ST170ish/boxjoint.jpg
or a HTML tag
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v725/ST170ish/boxjoint.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>
or the one I use a IMG tag
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v725/ST170ish/boxjoint.jpg

I processed those pictures too be 800 pixels wide in photoshop.
