I aquired a 12 1/2" thicknesser a little while ago and I've noticed that it looks like the previous owner may have hit something like a nail and has nicked the blades.
What am I supposed to do about getting them resharpened or do I just have to buy new ones. I'm ok at sharpening knives and chisels but I wouldn't have the faintest idea how to tackle these things.
I'm out in Melbournes east if anyone knows of someone I should call.
Thanks in advance.
Max
PS I've tried to find something on here but so far no good... I always feel like a lazy bugger when someone points to a link that covers the exact question I'm asking.... I guessing it'll probably happen again, but I have been looking, honest I have.

Take them to Timber Tools in Jersey Rd Bayswater, they can resharpen them for about $30/35
