Click here to see my question.

Well, that didn't work did it.

So, that is my question, how do you link a link to a single word ?

I have used a website called tinyURL which tales a long link, and produces a shorter one, but that's not the same.

Any help please.......?

Cheers - Ph.

Highlight the word in your message, then click the Globe and Chain icon (7th from right in the row above the message box, the enter the URL in the popup box.

Like this (http://www.cmda.com.au/notices) (which takes you to a dance school website.)

Cheers,
Andrew

Ah. Thanks for that Andrew. I didn't know it was done through the magic of the programming of the forum.:)

Just testing now. Click here (http://tinyurl.com/) to visit the tinyURL website.

Or, if you find it easier to just type it in manually (some of us aren't particularly mousy :p) then instead of the usual code of:

http_address

you can use:

word_you_want_to_show
.
