Hi again.

I am trying to use Windows Movie Maker (WMM) to run a slideshow of photos, and then put them to music. I have worked how to do this successfully, the only problem is........

All my music which is downloaded into i-tunes, seems to be stored as MP4 files, which WMM doesen't like. It seems to like about a million other types of files (eg MP3).

How can I change the MP4 files so WMM will like them ??

Thanks - Ph.

It has spyware in it which may be an issue for some.

You can also use itunes to convert mp4 to mp3. Go to preferences->Advanced->Importing

Import Using: MP3 Encoder
Setting: High Quality(160 kbps)

Click ok. Then go to the song you want to convert, right click "Convert Selection to MP3"
This should make a copy of the audio file. If you are happy with the new one just delete the old one.
