I would probably drink more and start brewing my own beer, walk the dogs spend some time with the wife :doh: and even more time in the shed :2tsup:.

Well the machines would not awaken and launch the missile defence system. Then there would be no need to send Arnold back in time to kill John Connor.
Arnold would not be famous and another actor would be the Governor of Culifornya.
Oh and they would be able to shut down the machines in Terminator 3, except that the sequel would not have been required.
