Varying Board Thicknesses

I just bought the Rockler version of the fence system and was wondering if I can use two different thicknesses of boards? I would like to dovetail 1/2" side boards to 3/4" drawer fronts.

Yeah, won't be a problem. Probably easiest to do the depth of cut testing with the same thickness boards.
