Sometimes it's useful to turn your own friction drive or sanding profile ... dimensions for MT2 are given in the attached scan (in old money).

Close enough to specified dimensions, but I'd be wary of including a shoulder that could bottom out before the taper does. I made one slightly longer than the specified reamer size: Spec 3 1/2" long, small diameter 0.5696", large 0.7444". Mine 3 3/4 " long, small 9/16",large 3/4". For best fit, I burnished the wooden taper by hand inside the socket and sanded the polished parts; repeat a few times as needed. Similar to blueprinting without the ink.
