My wife has a 5year old black Astra sedan.
The side bump strips and the front air dam are made of some kind of rubber/vinyl material that has faded to a dull grey. These were originally black.
Over the years we have tried a number of products and suggested treatments but none were effective or long lasting.
I have now stumbled upon a method of reviving the black appearance and rejuvenating the product.
Olive Oil Cooking Spray - 4 weeks later and the overall appearance is still as first day.
Spray on moist rag and wipe on. Brilliant.
