From what I can make out (the pics are difficult to see clearly), it looks a nice plane. Perhaps around 1950. Should run to about $150 - $175.

Excuse my ignorance, but the plane is embossed with the brand BAILEY not Stanley, does this make any diff or am I just being picky?

"Bailey" is the standard logo. Comes from "Stanley-Bailey", Bailey being the original designer-inventor of the frog and adjustment mechanism. He was bought out by Stanley in the mid-late 1800's(Bailey later regretted this, totally off, and developed another line of planes, the Victor).
