I am looking to hire a Drill Press in Perth, but no hire shops stock them and i can only buy new from stores. I am hoping that someone on this forum can help. This is what I need:
A decent bench mounted drill press and a large forstner bit

I am looking to rebate out sections of Sheok on Sunday before fininshing with a Router, my current drill press is wobbly and the stoke depth keeps slipping. It will take me twice as long to use this tool compared to hiring a decent one.

I a based in Perth and would ideally like to find someone central. Please let me klnow if you can help

Thanks

Just a thought, seeing as you have had no replies. Try ringing around and asking for a magnetic drill press. We use them on site for drilling, or in workshop, to carry to long heavy lengths of steel.
The ones I have used have had a morse taper chuck, so you may have to get an adapter.
You will also need a steel plate or such, fixed to your bench.
Cheers
Bill
