Port Augusta

Anyone in Adelaide tell me bout beach fishing or rock fishing in Pt Augusta? Or further down the coast?
Good spots recomended ? I'm coming from Portland Vic.
How long to get there?

Might go there in Jan o8.

which way -'down the coast' ?back towards Adelaide .....fishing oh ha ha ha bloody funny. Dam dont let Harry 72 see that but towards Whyalla and then down to Pt Lincoln they say is Gods fishing ground.

Nice big kingfish, snapper, squid and KG whiting here ....need a boat though:roll:
