want to replace avira antiver with avg

I have avira installed but want to replace it with avg.

In the quarantine vault in anti vir I have a couple of worms and a couple of trogans.

what do i do so that i can safely uninstall avira and install avg without any problems from the worms/trogans.

ALSO how do i get rid of any worms trogans in the future, do i simply leave them in the vault.

You should be able to delete the files from the virus vault manually.
It should cause no problems with your computer. I would replace Anti Vir with Avast free home edition.http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html
I ave used both AVG and Avast and Avast comes out on top in my book. Others may have a different opinion.:)
