This woodturner used all his luck up. And probably borrowed some more from others.

what I liked about this is the child had the inteligence to call 911 while the dad obviously knew that history was being made and photographic proof was needed.
Hang trying to see if the guy is alive hang trying to get him down just get the camera and shoot.

You mean this bit We "filmed" this during our sojourn guess they must be stills from the Video then.

shame there isn't a youtube link

Strange how a ladder is located up the back on the wall yet the fireman carries one in

Amazing the guy wasn't injured

Yep, it was a setup... Bill Grumbine is not only an exceptional turner, and instructor, he is also a nut. :D

Hello :),

Thank God it is a joke. I have to practice my english a bit more :D.

You see, not so long ago I read an official accident report where a construction worker had been catapulted off the scaffolds against the concrete element roof. A largish concrete bucket would have dropped on the other end of the scaffold, and just thrown the man away. There were those pictures, too.

I have to read such reports from time to time, part of the job describtion.
After those, it feels good to visit here.
