G'Day all,

How do you merge/push/pull two compound surfaces together?

Not sure how to best ask this question so an example might be in order:

Consider a joint for a Rail and Stile, if the inside face of the stile had an Ogee Rail/Stile cut in it, the Rail would require the opposite Ogee protruding out of the end. I can do both of those, but now I want to put same Ogee on the side of the Rail, but can only get it as far as where the other Ogee is.

Check out the attached .SKP file. Basically I want to know how to remove everything protruding out of the blue face.

Is This what you want?

If it is then select the whole model. the easiest way is to triple click anywhere on the model.
Then choose - Edit/Intersect/Intersect with model
You can now delete all unwanted parts with the Eraser tool.

Hope this helps.
