I’m about to build a pair speaker cabinets with a slight “curve” at the edges see pictures below.

Do you think it would be useful to “fill” the saw blade kerfs with epoxy just before the final bend/clamp up. This would (1) fill the closed void and (2) bond and strength what might now be a weak spot??

Obviously I’d get quite a bit of spillage but this is internal and no one will ever see what could end up as a messy glue up??

Id be inclined to do 1 side at a time that way you can have them facing upwards and not waste the epoxy
Or the way we done a few car sub boxes was just to fill the voids/kerfs up with car bog, while its still setting lay up a few layers of fibreglass on the inside... super strong:)
