Hi Guys, I am after some solid brass numbers for clocks, have browsed most sites and catalogues. Johnathon Knowles tells me the company that used to make them has gone kaput, anyone help.
Cheers

Check if you have a sign shop that does computer engraving in Canberra. These guys use a cnc type router and can do the numerals in any material you like including brass. Size shouldn't present a problem either.

Just make absolute sure the guy does it himself and doesn't farm the work out, because that will be very costly.

They also have a doublesided tape in thin film material to stick the numerals on with.

Somewhere in these forums I have posted the details of Woodcraft Colonial Clocks. If you ask nicely they will send you a photocopy/fax of the styles available.

I used some on a clock I made recently out of coolibah, they look much better than anything else.

q9, Woodcraft Colonial Clocks no longer stock solid brass numbers, thanks for the lead anyway.
