1. Slice some leeks lengthways.

2 Brown in a frying pan 6 mins. (butter & oil)

3. then place in a bakeproof dish and put in an oven for 10mins around 400f.

Brown some chicken breasts (10 mins. in more butter & oil)

5. Then place on top of leeks in the overn at 400f for another 15 mins.

6.. Prepare some vegatables.

7. remove dish from oven & vegatables from stove

Lol Jow you are looking for trouble arent you...

Im guessing the tea towel is to hold the ice to soothe the lump on your head when ruffly hits you with the frypan you just cooked in :o

And duck isnt just the name of a wonderful eating dish ...its somethin you may want to try when ruffly reads your last comment:p

And yes, I'm getting quite good at using a tea towel, using it to wrap ice in for the ankle :p
