plans for kids cubbys

hi guys ,,im new here so sorry i dont know my way around yet ,,,what i wanted to know is there any unusual cubbyhouse plans around that you guys may now of ,i sorta had in my mind to build a 2 story with a sand pit under neath and a rope ladder and slippery dip and the usual stuff , thanx guys
