Scrooge the Movie

I am trying to get Scrooge on DVD - the old 1931 movie or even a coloured up version of the same.

I can locate it on US DVD sites but cannot find one that sends to OZ.

I even registered on DVD Empire (something like that) they sent me a bonus credit etc etc and I spend half an hour ordering some movies and time comes to pay and they say we don't ship to OZ. For goodness sake they registered me at OZ.:?

Does anyone know a good outlet I can get this dvd from in OZ or US that ship to OZ. I have tried for some time on the internet with no success.
