after 2 frustrating weeks trying to get a brand new compaq computer to stop locking up, finally rang hp help line and the fix is !!! to return for refund or upgrade to another model .so if you have one dont wait! ring now and start to lower your blood pressure . guess this means trying to get the packing worked out dismantle , and redo it all again. oh dear , what about the woodwork ???:
