Hi All

I am new to this forum and hoping for a little help , i have been a amature wood worker and carver for a few years now , (Mainly using powered tools due to an accident i had) one of my most and fav used tools were the rotary chilsel blades that fitted on to any 100-115 mm angle grinder.

But last time i was in hospital my shed was broken into and all my tools were stolen(around $7000 worth) over time i have replaced some but i can no longer get these blades .

I was wondering if anyone knew of a source or prehaps had a set or 2 for sale .

Many Thanks Pete

Hi Pete

I'm not sure where you are in Australia but you should be able to find an outlet that sells Arbortech tools, this is a link to their web site:

Try sending Andy Mac a PM (http://www.woodworkforums.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=7119), he says he uses one at work according to this thread (http://www.woodworkforums.com/showthread.php?t=53367).

I have put a link in the PM above so that you can Private Message him direct :2tsup:.

We used to sell them , but for some reason they stopped manufacturing them.

In the end they stopped returning emails and phone calls.

They were a very good blade and as you say a lot cheaper than the arbortech.

Your question has been answered in the previous post.

They are no longer available the company who produced them are no longer around.

The only availble ones are the Tuff cut from arbortech.
