The BIL picked up his new toy last Friday & invited us down to the marina to have a few drinkies on the fly bridge. :rolleyes: It' a Hershine Ensign 50 (51' feet overall)
Nice boat, but..... I'm glad he's paying for the fuel :oo: It runs twin 480hp Cummins diesels & drinks some incredible # of litres per minute. How much is diesel these days? & what would it cost to whack in 1900 litres?
I only took a few pix & am angling to take a few more.
Nikon D70S 12-24mm G series ED lens.

Where I live it is $1.50/litre. That's $2850 to fill her up at that rate.

umm. Major sir, is said BIL looking for a new best friend perchance? :- I could swab the deck and cook fish. I could also have surgery to give me a flat head so he could put his beer somewhere while I was grovelling.....huh? what about putting a word for an old soldier....:;

The BIL didn't win Lotto, but he has this knack of spending money like I've never seen before :o :o :o
His 25 year old son has volunteered to be 1st slave as Dad usually supplies the beer.
