I've been closely following the threads about which machine to buy be it a planer/thicknesser or jointer. Like many woodies, space is a real concern as the workshop has to double as the garage and storage area for all the things that SWMBO cannot fit into the house.
Is there a combination machine available that can be used as a jointer/planer and thicknesser and give good results for each function?

Yep, the PT-260
Several forum members here own one and can add further comment.
Carbatec, Timbecon etc all have re-badged versions of this machine. Just choose your preferred colour :)

Thanks Dean,
I've looked at the Timbecon, Sherwood, Multi Function Combination 12 in Planer. It certainly looks like it will do the business. Has anyone out there have experience of this machine? Your opinions would be most welome.
