Where around Melbourne(I am in west) can I get a table saw Dado blade, hopefully not too ex.

They don't have them on the internet site but they are in the catalogue, page 56.
CMT are dear, 6" $329. 8" $429.
Delta are a bit cheaper 6" $199. No 8" available.
