[email protected] just got a new belt for this unit and I am having problems in trying to replace the belt. Called Ryobi customer service and their reply was the machine is too old and we have no information.
The manual has a break out of the parts but that is as far as it goes.
Has anyone here had success in replacing this belt?
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Take some photos or scan the manual page and someone should be able to talk you through it :)

Thank you again. It was not an easy replacement with no manual.
Thank you again

Robert,
After about 20 years of service, the belt on my Planer broke. I have a replacement belt and the machine partially torn down but cannot work the belt on to the two sprockets. Is it necessary to remove one of the sprockets in order to install the belt? Your advice greatly appreciated.
