Finally cut the pattern myself. Done on some 1" Coachwood I got from the Trend Timbers open day end of last year. I finished the project with a few layers of BLO. I routered the edges but you cant really see it in this picture, and has a sawtooth hanger on the back for hanging.

Not time consuming, any time spent in the shed gettin dust in the lungs is a good time.
Didnt really track the time but it would have taken me about 2-3 hours on monday morning before work to cut it, took a little longer because of the thickness of the wood.
