Hello
I'm new and this is my first post, hopefully not the last.

I manufacture Signs in Sydney.

To do this we have some interesting gear that may be of some use to forum members

1) we can digitally print direct to timber glass metals, pvs sheet etc etc (no stickers) at 760 DPI.
Maximum size 2000mm x 3100mm x 50mm thick in 8 colour.
Colour fast for up to three years outdoor.

2) Just had a CNC router (table 3600mm x 1500mm) and laser made and delivered from Vermont showing it for the first time next week
I'm told it is the only one in the world.
Both router and laser units on the same gantry
Cuts timber, 30mm acrylics, Stainless Steel mild stell PVC sheet amoungst other things.

3) We can print canvass material 5000mm wide by length of say 20,000 in a single piece.
Can be used for furniture fabric...One offs.
We currently use it instead of wall paper.

Factory demonstaration are held if interest is shown by more than 6 companies.

Generally it comes back to a rate per Sqaure Metre
on say 1000mm x 1000mm a case VB.
On jobs where the "set up to print" is diluted by quantity then
it works out about $50 per SQM on material supplied.
Depending on the circumstances we can do it while you wait

Bryan, do you have a website that you can post a link to? This is the sort of thing it's good to have bookmarked in case it's ever needed.
