Jasbel,

If you've been dudded, I don't have any problem with hearing about it, however:

If you do a "classic wooden boat plans" search on Google, you will find thousands of businesses which are now tarred with your brush. So how about you apologise to all those who sell classic wooden boat plans that aren't the one that you are speakinf of.

Next:
You haven't done us the courtesy of filling in your whereabouts in your profile, so we just have to assume you are in Australia? OK, is the website you are dealing with an American one?

It might take more than a week to deliver from there. It takes that long to get stuff to my place from Brisbane and that's only 100k's.

What if the owner's on annual leave?

If you've paid by credit card or paypal, you can stop the transaction.

Once all that's been done, tell us exactly who this is, (a simple web address isn't too inflamatory) and tell us what the outcome was.

Cheers,

P
:D:D

Here is an ebay link to Classic Boat plans.

The plans can be mailed on CD or downloaded after purchase.

Me? I would prefer whopping big hard copies that I can spread all over the lounge floor which BTW makes the missus go http://www.invision.smileyville.net/smilies/ranting2.gif

At least you didn't lose much. One should be very careful buying from ebay, especially if the seller is not rated. Can't you try a chargeback?
