Looking for a recipe! I found this offering on a menu when I was in China and wasn't game to order it. But the memory lingers and my curiosity can no longer be denied.
Any suggestions?

Sound pretty amazing. Can't imagine how they would do it. Maybe smoke with vanilla beans? Hmmm!! Could be one of those regrets to think about on the veranda of the old age home. Or experiment with for diner parties. Or turnfests?

I know this one.
You inject an old sheep with vanilla essence, and then set it on fire (1 litre of petrol should do the trick), and serve while still warm.:2tsup:
