Has anyone had any experiences with the above chisels and gouges,they seem to be a very old brand.What quality were theY??,Were they HSS???

If they are old they could be carbon steel.

By the name I would say they originated in Ireland - Northern Ireland's parliament is called the Stormont.

Probably high carbon as Harry said.
