It has been shown that mental exercises are just as important to preservation of the mind, as physical exercises are to preservation of the body. Here are a few of my online favourites:
http://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/puzzles/quick.html Sidney Morning Herald regular crossword puzzle, daily except Sunday, UK/Oz style and spelling.
http://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/puzzles/cryptic.html Sidney Morning Herald cryptic crossword puzzle, daily except Sunday, UK/Oz style and spelling. Creators of this type puzzle likely possess the MBSCSDD degree (From George C Scott's character in "The Flim Flam Man" - Master of Back Stabbing, Cork Screwing, and Dirty Dealing)
http://www.heritagenews.com/puzzle/ Murrican style and spelling, weekly (new each Wednesday - Oosa date and time)
http://thinks.com/ Various daily puzzles (except Sunday - Oosa date and time). Murrican style and spelling for word games. Also has Sudoku and a jigsaw puzzle - options are saved as cookies on your computer.

Aside from the puzzles themselves, working both the Murrican and UK/Oz spellings enhances linguistic agility.
