Vise hardware

Hi all,

I'm in the process of building a workbench and I want to get a Veritas front vise and shoulder vise. I know I can get these from Carbtec, but they are out of stock. Being impatient I was wondering if anyone knows of any other places in the Melbourne area (preferably SE) to get them from. Or do I just need to learn patience and wait for them to get them in. :mad:

Have you tried MIK International in Adelaide?

I have used them quite a few times and their delivery is within the next day or two in Melbourne.

They stock Veritas products and if you call them, you will know if they have the items in stock and the expected day for delivery.

Their service is excellent.

Thanks. Had a look at their prices, and for both the vises I want I would be up for about $270. With Carbatec, If I'm patient, I'll only have to pay around $180 as they have them on special. DOH, guess I'll have to patient.
