G'Day Sputnic,
Yes inserts are the same as fit-ups. Both are quartz movements that push into the rorrect size hole.

I deal through ,
http://stores.ebay.com.au/WISEACRES-ART_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amefsQ3amesstQQtZkm for some of mine .

Good fast reliable service.

OR
http://stores.ebay.com.au/clocks-and-craft_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amefsQ3amesstQQtZkm
but des is on holiday down here in Tassie at the moment.

Hope this is helpful
Andrew

I have found http://www.photogloss.com.au/cms/ very reasonably priced and excellent service. Haven't used the website so can't comment on it, I have always contacted them by phone to place my orders.

regards,

James
