flap hinge

Hi

I'm building a sewing table for the miss, and I'm looking for a flap hinge that closes flat. All flap hinges I find are open fkat but only close at 90 deg.

The top of the table, is made up of 2 pieces that are folded on top of each other, when in use you lift up and it doubles the surface of the table.
Once the table is in open position, it has to be flat so I can't use a paino hinge.

I've been to a few hardware shops around Melbourne but none seem to have them. I know they exist because I saw it on a table I'm copying !!
If anyone knows where I can find them, or a good cabinet fitting shop, I'd really appreciate it.
