Im sick and tired of being sick and tired! Easter Sunday the most extraordinary pain behind my right ear. A couple of days later Im diagnosed with Shingles. Four weeks later im still dizzy, exhausted and unable to focus out of my right eye. I walk like Im going home from the pub after a big one. Worst of all I gave the Chicken Pox to my youngest and he was as sick as a dog for five days as well.

Get you kids immunised against Chicken Pox, it sucks.

Hope it clears up soon Seb.

Vitamin B, L-lycene, and also zinc(? - check this one. It's good for repair???). You may be burning the candle at both ends, or being stressed about something. Locate the trigger and turn it down a bit. Lots of rest too.

I sympathize with you. I had my first bout of shingles at 5:(

Did they give you mass doses of antibiotics?
